Oversigt over gebyrer

Alle priser er i DKK (danske kroner) og pr. lejlighed, medmindre andet er angivet.

For sen tilbagelevering

• Brugeren kan blive opkrævet for perioden fra den planlagte afslutning af reservationsperioden til køretøjets faktiske returnering. Brugeren betaler dobbelt timepris gange antal timer brugeren kører for meget.

Kørsel uden for det tilladte område 

Køretøjet bringes uden for Danmark, Sverige, Norge, Finland og Tyskland uden forudgående skriftlig tilladelse fra selskabet. 

• 1.000 kr. Selskabets faktiske omkostninger kan tilføjes. 
   

Trængselsafgift, broafgifter og vejafgifter (herunder Øresundbroafgifter) og andre lignende afgifter, der ikke er inkluderet i tjenesten

Brugeren kan blive opkrævet et gebyr, hvis bøder og / eller gebyrer pålagt brugeren på grund af overtrædelser, som brugeren er ansvarlig for, ikke betales til tiden af brugeren og virksomheden, som ejer af køretøjet, skal betale. 

• Faktiske omkostninger plus administrationsgebyr på 200 kr.

Parkeringsbøde

Brugeren kan blive opkrævet et gebyr, hvis bøder og / eller gebyrer pålagt brugeren på grund af overtrædelser, som brugeren er ansvarlig for, ikke betales til tiden af brugeren og virksomheden, som ejer af køretøjet, skal betale. Dette gælder også for bøder/gebyrer udstedt på parkeringspladser ved hjælp af barrierer med automatisk påvisning af ind- og udrejse. 

• Faktiske bødeomkostninger plus administrationsgebyr på 200 kr. 

Forkert parkeret køretøj

Alternativt køretøj tilbage til den forkerte KINTO-placering.

• Faktiske bødeomkostninger plus administrationsgebyr på 200 kr. og eventuelt eventuelle omkostninger ved transport af køretøjet til det korrekte sted. 

Utilstrækkeligt brændstofpåfyldning køretøj 

Returneret med mindre end en fjerdedel tank

• 500 kr. 

Beskidt/stærkt tilsmudset køretøj 

Plus eventuelle ekstra omkostninger til istandsættelse, vask, tab af lejemuligheder osv. 

• 1.000 kr.

• 1.000 kr.

Fartbøde

• Faktiske bødeomkostninger plus administrationsgebyr på 200 kr.

Rygning i køretøj

• 2.500 kr.

Mistet brændstofskort

Brændstofskort, der anvendes til andre formål end brændstofpåfyldning

Brændstofskort, der bruges til at tanke egen/en anden persons køretøj

Køretøjet returneres uden at tilslutte ladekabel

Lys efterladt tændt

Køretøjets lys er efterladt tændt og KINTO skal ud for at slukke det eller oplade batteriet. Brugeren vil blive opkrævet for opladningstid, som om det var hans/hendes reservationsperiode. 

• 500 kr. 

Ulåst køretøj/vinduer åbner

Dør eller vindue 

• 2500 kr. 

Rykkergebyrfaktura

Pr. faktura i form af papirfaktura

Aftagning af KINTO klistermærker

Aftagning af klistermærker inde eller ude

Selvrisiko for skader for KINTO Share

Selvrisiko og nedsat selvrisiko ved tilkøb af nedsat selvrisiko.

• Skader på køretøjet: 5.000 kr. (med tilkøbt nedsat selvrisiko: 0 kr.) 
• Trafikskader (skader på anden ejendom): 5.000 kr. (med tilkøbt nedsat selvrisiko: 0 kr.)
• Køretøj stjålet ved brug af appen eller nøglen efter behov: Køretøjets fulde pris (med tilkøbt nedsat selvrisiko: Køretøjets fulde pris)

Overview of other fees

All prices are in DKK (Danish kroner) and per trip, unless something else is stated.

Overdue time (late return of the vehicle)

• The lease holder may be charged for the overtime, from the booking was set to finish and until the car is returned at the KINTO station. The hourly fee for overdue is 2 times the normal rate. E.g., 2 hours overdue for Corolla T/S is 69x2 =138 DKK.

Driving outside the allowed countries

The vehicle is driven outside Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Germany without a preestablished written permission from the company. 

• DKK1000 + Possible expenses incurred on the company. 

Congestion charge, bridge tolls, road taxes, (including Øresund bridge) and other fees not included in the service. 

The lease holder can be charged a fee, if fines and/or fees imposed on the vehicle, that are within the responsibility of the lease holder, are not paid on time, by the leasing holder. 

• Actual amount of fee/fine plus an administration fee of DKK200. 

Parkng tickets 

The lease holder may be charged for fines or fees imposed on the company, due to infringements or violations of parking rules in public and private parking areas, if these are not paid on time by the lease holder. Rules are also applicable for fines/fees issued in parking areas using barriers with automatic detection of entrance and exit. 

•  Amount on the fine plus an administration fee of DKK200.
  

Wrongful parking of the car

The car is left outside of the KINTO station.

• Actual cost of imposed fines plus an administration fee of DKK200 and possible costs of transporting the vehicle to the right KINTO station.

Insufficient fueling of the vehicle

If a vehicle is returned with less than ¼ in the tank the leaseholder might be charged. 

• A fee of 500 DKK

Dirty vehicle

• DKK1000 for cleaning plus any extra costs of refurbishment, washing, and possible loss of income incurred.

Vehicle not left by the KINTO station 

• Actual cost of imposed fines plus an administration fee of DKK200 and possible costs of transporting the vehicle to the right KINTO station. 

Insufficient fueling of vehicle

• Vehicle returned with less than ¼ in the tank

Animal in the car

If a leaseholder transports animals in our car they may be charged

• A fee of 1000 DKK

Speeding ticket

If a leaseholder receives a speeding ticket they will be charged. 

• The amount of the fine plus an administration fee of DKK200.

Smoking in the car

If it is detected that the leaseholder has smoked in the vehicle they will be charged the price of a decontamination of the car

• A fee of 2.500 DKK

Losing the fueling card

A leaseholder may be charged if they during their rental lose the fueling card

• A fee of 500 DKK

Fueling card used for other transactions than fueling the KINTO vehicle

If a leaseholder uses the fueling card in the vehicles for purposes other than fueling, they may be charged the actual amount and an administrative fee of 1000 DKK. 

Fueling card used for fueling other vehicles than the KINTO vehicle

If a leaseholder uses the fueling card in the vehicles for fueling other vehicles than the rented KINTO car, they may be charged the actual amount plus an administrative fee of 1.000 DKK

Theft from an unlocked vehicle Including the fueling card

• The actual cost plus an administrative fee of 1.000 DKK.

The electric vehicle is returned without attaching it to the charging station

• A fee of 500 DKK

Losing the charging cable

If a leaseholder loses the charging cable for the electric vehicle they may be charged

• A fee of 6.000 DKK

A vehicle left with lights on

The leaseholder has left the car with the lights on and therefore KINTO has to go to the car and turn it off or recharge the battery. The leaseholder may be charged for the charging time as if it was their reservation period. 

• Additional fee of 500 DKK

Unlocked vehicle and/or windows open

The leaseholder left the car with doors or window open and/or the doors unlocked. 

• A fee of 2.500 DKK

Reminder fee on invoices

The leaseholder may receive one reminder fee per invoice

• A fee of 100 DKK

Peeling off KINTO stickers

Inside or out

• A fee of 1000 DKK

Excess insurance for damages for KINTO Share

Excess and reduced excess if this was bought before starting the rental.

• Damages on the vehicle: 5.000 DKK (If reduced excess: 0 DKK)
• Damages in traffic (in case of damages on other property or possessions): 5.000 DKK (If reduced excess: 0 DKK)
• Stealing the vehicle by using the app or key: The full value of the car (If reduced excess: the full value of the car)
