Additional Fees

All prices are in DKK (Danske kroner) for Denmark and per occasion, unless otherwise stated.

Late return	The hourly fee for overdue use is twice the standard hourly rate and is charged for every hour from the end of the reservation period until the vehicle is actually returned.
Driving outside the permitted territory The Vehicle is brought outside of Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland without prior written consent of the Company.	DKK 1000. Actual costs of the company may be added.
International fee Fee for approved driving outside Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.	DKK 500
Congestion tax, bridge tolls and road tolls (including Öresund Bridge tolls) outside Sweden and other similar charges that are not included in the ServiceThe User may be charged a fee if fines and/or fees imposed on the User due to violations which the User is responsible for, are not paid on time by the User and the Company, as the owner of the Vehicle, has to pay.	Actual cost plus DKK 200 administration fee.
Parking fine/control feeThe User may be charged a fee if fines and/or fees imposed on the User due to violations which the User is responsible for, are not paid on time by the User and the Company, as the owner of the Vehicle, must pay. This also applies to fines/fees issued in car parks using barriers with automated detection of entry and exit.	Actual cost of the fine plus DKK 200 administration fee
Incorrectly parked Vehicle Alternatively Vehicle returned to the wrong KINTO Location.	Actual cost of fine plus DKK 200 administration fee and, if applicable, any cost for transporting the Vehicle to the correct location.
Insufficiently fueled Vehicle Vehicle returned with less than half tank for KINTO SHARE/same fuel level as when Vehicle was collected for KINTO FLEX	DKK 500
Uncleaned/heavily soiled Vehicle (in which case the presence of animal hair/fur and other soiling from animals is always considered to constitute a heavily soiled Vehicle) plus any additional cost for reconditioning, washing, loss of rental opportunities, etc.	Actual cost plus DKK 1000 administration fee.
Animal in Vehicle (applies to car/car model in which animals are not allowed)	DKK 1000
Speeding	Actual cost of fine plus DKK 200 administration fee.
Airport Extra fee for reserving a Vehicle at airport

Lost Fuel Card	DKK 500
Lost parking permit In addition, the User may be charged for any parking fines/fees issued because the permit was not displayed in the Vehicle	DKK 500

Fuel Card used to refuel own/another person’s vehicle	Actual cost plus DKK 1000 administration fee.

Cost/Excess for damage (VAT included)

With Excess reduction and Excess waive, the Vehicle’s insurance Excess is reduced as set out in the table below for Denmark:
